LLP incorporation
An initial information pack for forming an LLP. Final declarations, attachments and signing requirements are confirmed against the current FiLLiP process and the partners’ circumstances.
LLP and partner information
- Preferred names, proposed business activities and registered office state
- Partner and designated-partner details, residency and any body-corporate participation
- Proposed contributions and the agreed commercial arrangement
- Existing DIN / DPIN and DSC readiness where relevant
Supporting information
- Identity and address information for the relevant applicants / partners
- Registered office occupancy evidence and owner permission where applicable
- A recent utility proof supporting the registered office details
- Additional authorisations or overseas evidence, if the constitution requires them
Review and follow-through
- Review the incorporation details and declarations before signing
- Retain the incorporation acknowledgement / certificate
- Agree responsibility for the LLP agreement and subsequent filing / compliance tasks
