What the consultation covers

You describe the situation; we walk through the law as it applies to your facts, the options open to you, the risks in each, and what to do next. Typical topics:

GST registration & ITC issuesIncome-tax notices (143(1), 139(9), 148, 133(6))Old vs new regime Capital gains on property / sharesPvt Ltd vs LLP vs proprietorshipStartup funding & valuation (Rule 11UA) NRI taxation & DTAATDS defaultsRERA complianceZoho Books setup & migration

How it works

  1. Book & pay online. Pick a slot on the booking page and pay the fee through Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking). You get an instant confirmation and a GST invoice.
  2. Send the background. Reply to the confirmation with a 3–4 line summary and any document that matters (notice copy, computation, agreement). It helps us come prepared.
  3. The call. 45 minutes on video or phone, with CA Somesh Chandak. Bring your questions; we take notes.
  4. Next steps. If a filing, reply, certificate or report is needed, we set out the scope and fee for that engagement separately, in writing.

What it is not

A consultation is professional guidance on the facts you describe. It is not an audit, a certificate, a signed opinion, a filed return or representation before an authority — those are separate engagements with their own scope and fee. We do not verify documents during the call unless agreed.

Frequently asked

Is the consultation fee refundable?

Yes if you cancel 24 hours or more before the slot — full refund or free reschedule. Inside 24 hours you get one free reschedule. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do I get a written opinion?

A consultation is a discussion, not a written opinion. If your matter needs a formal opinion, certificate, valuation or notice reply, we set out the scope and fee for that as a separate engagement in writing.

Where do I see the fee?

The fee, and the GST on it, are displayed on the booking page before you confirm the slot and pay. A tax invoice is emailed to you after payment.

How is the payment made?

Online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) at the time of booking. We never see or store your card or bank details. A GST tax invoice is emailed to you.

Can I consult on WhatsApp instead?

Quick factual queries are welcome on WhatsApp free of charge. Anything that needs your documents to be looked at, or a view on a position, is best handled in a booked consultation so it gets proper attention.
