COUNTRY-SPECIFIC DISCUSSIONS

One delivery process. Locally defined review.

UNITED STATES

Preparation support for US CPA firms

Discuss QuickBooks workflows, bank/card reconciliations, accrual and prepayment schedules, close checklists and management reporting. Agree the reporting basis and the hand-off to your US reviewer. US tax preparation, audit opinions and CPA sign-off are outside this general bookkeeping offer.

SINGAPORE

Support for Singapore accounting practices

Discuss entity-wise bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, multi-currency schedules, related-party balances and recurring MIS. Confirm the software and reporting conventions with your local team. Singapore statutory, corporate-secretarial and tax obligations remain with the relevant authorised service provider.

UNITED KINGDOM

Preparation support for UK accounting firms

Discuss transaction coding, monthly management accounts, aged receivables/payables and close schedules using your templates. Agree treatment of tax-sensitive entries with your reviewer; this page does not offer UK statutory sign-off, payroll submissions or MTD/VAT filing services.

India-based delivery. Singapore and UK enquiries are assessed for capability and engagement suitability; these descriptions do not claim existing clients, local licences or offices in those markets.

START WITH A DEFINED ASSIGNMENT

Make the first hand-off measurable.

  1. Choose an entity and period

Document the records, software, expected volumes, reporting basis and known backlog.

  2. Agree acceptance criteria

Set the reconciliation standard, exception reporting, reviewer, turnaround and query-response expectations.

  3. Review, then expand

Resolve comments on the first assignment before adding entities or recurring workload. Confirm staffing and review capacity as scope grows.

FIRM-TO-FIRM QUESTIONS

Discuss the working arrangement.

Can the work use our templates and branding?

Yes, subject to agreed terms and any necessary client disclosures. Your firm can specify the workpapers and reporting format. Any presentation under your branding must accurately reflect the engagement and the responsibilities of each party.

Will you contact our end clients?

The proposed arrangement is to work through your nominated firm contact. Any direct end-client communication requires your express authorisation and an agreed scope.

Can we outsource only one part of the close?

Yes. For example, bank reconciliation, fixed-asset schedules or monthly management-report preparation can be scoped separately from the rest of the accounting work.

Can the team grow with our portfolio?

Additional work can be considered in stages. Entity volumes, complexity, training and reviewer capacity are assessed before accepting expanded delivery dates.

What do you need for an initial discussion?

Your country, software, approximate number of entities, monthly transaction range, current bottleneck and preferred working hours. An anonymised description is sufficient; do not send client records through the public form.
