USA & DUBAI CLIENTS

Accounting support built around your reporting process.

USA businesses and accounting firms

Agree the entities, reporting basis, accounting platform and close calendar. Preparation work can cover sales and expense records, bank and card reconciliations, receivable/payable schedules and a documented hand-off to management or your appointed US adviser.

Confirm the relevant US time zone, review contact and query process. US tax advice, filings and professional sign-off are separately allocated responsibilities.

Dubai businesses and accounting firms

Agree the entity structure, reporting currency, chart of accounts and management reporting timetable. Preparation work can cover accounting entries, bank reconciliations, balance-sheet schedules and information packs for the designated reviewer.

Where information is needed for UAE tax or statutory work, the engagement identifies the supporting schedules and the appropriately authorised local adviser responsible for advice, filing or sign-off.

One clear hand-off

Use agreed access permissions, a named contact, an open-query register and a review checklist. Confirm record retention, data handling and meeting availability before the recurring cycle starts.

The firm is based in Thane, India. USA and Dubai describe client service markets, not additional office locations.

ENGAGEMENT DETAIL

Agree the entities, reporting currency, accounting basis, software and scope before allocating work.

Use named accounts

Work with individual system access and appropriate permissions. The client retains ownership of accounts, source records and administration.

Keep queries visible

Close with a review trail

Hand over reconciliations, schedules, unresolved matters and the agreed report pack for the designated reviewer’s approval.

CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions before we begin.

Which countries and platforms are supported?

We provide bookkeeping and accounting support to clients in the USA and Dubai. The accounting platform, reporting framework and detailed scope are confirmed before acceptance. Include these details in your initial enquiry.

Can you support an overseas accounting firm?

The scope can be structured around preparation and review hand-offs. Client ownership, communication permissions, review responsibilities and confidentiality arrangements must be agreed.

Does this include local tax returns or payroll filings?

These are not included automatically. Preparation support, local advice, filing and authorised sign-off are separate responsibilities that must be expressly allocated.

Can you take over a backlog?

A backlog review can establish the periods, record availability, reconciliation gaps and work required. The timetable is agreed after that assessment.

THE NEXT STEP

Tell us what your business needs.
